2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept secure online payments through major gateways.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Currently we offer free shipping across India unless specified.
  • While we aim to deliver on time, delays caused by third-party logistics are beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect information.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at totestudioindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. Once verified, we will process an exchange of the damaged or incorrect product.

5. Workshops

  • Workshop registrations are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling from our side, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
  • We are not liable for any injuries or damage during participation in workshops.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Tote Studio India and its parent company Creative Coupling. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We value your privacy. Personal information collected through this website is used only for order processing, updates, or as required by law.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.
